Our Warranty Statement

FRAMES WARRANTY

All our frames come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty. We will provide a free replacement for any manufacturing-related defects.

DAMAGE REPLACEMENT DISCOUNT

Any damage to frames caused by negligence is not covered under our warranty terms. However, we will offer a 50% discount for any replacement frame.

STANDARD LENS WARRANTY

Our lenses (not inclusive of contact lenses) come with a minimum 1-year warranty for coating. This warranty does not cover damages caused by negligence.

PREMIUM LENS WARRANTY

Our premium lenses (not inclusive of contact lenses) come with up to 2 years of manufacturer warranty for coating and a 1-month warranty for comfort. This warranty does not cover damages caused by negligence. This, however, subjects to the manufacturer's T& Cs.

Privacy Policy

AVO respects your privacy and complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Personal data collected (e.g., name, contact info, prescription details) is used strictly for processing orders, service provision, and communication.
Data may be shared only with payment gateways, logistics partners, or as required by law.
Customers may request correction or deletion of personal data.
This policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Return & Refund Policy

Goods may be returned within 30 days for any damage, defects, or discomfort.
A proper complain has to be raised for our team to address the situations within the appropriate timeframe.
Replacement will be offered for damaged or defective products. Refund will be offered if a a suitable replacement could not be provided.
Refunds are processed within 14 working days to the date it is initiated.
Refunds for services are not available after consultation or treatment has commenced.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:

West Malaysia: 3–5 working days

East Malaysia: 5–7 working days

International: varies by courier

Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.
AVO is not liable for courier delays, but will assist customers where possible.
